Ordering
To order you can use our online shopping cart facility, or you can contact us directly on 07912326679. Or alternatively, send your name & telephone number using the contact us page & Deborah will call you back.
Payment
Paying for your items is easy, you can either follow the secure
Paypal link by your item or pay us directly by cheque. Please
do not send your payment details via email for your own security. When
paying by cheque your receipt will be included in your parcel on delivery. Please be aware that you should allow 7 days clearance for all cheque transactions before goods can be despatched.
Please note that we are unable to accept credit card payments directly at this time.
Delivery
Delivery is £4.99 on small items which will be despatched using Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery.
Delivery charges on larger items such as Bridal Gowns are price dependant on weight so will be quoted on request. Please check the Royal Mail website for their
terms and conditions.
Should you require delivery outside of mainland UK please contact us to obtain a quote for shipping costs on 07912326679.
A signature is required upon delivery, so please consider this when
placing your order. Your delivery address must be an address pre
registered with Royal Mail.
Many items are handmade to order so please refer to item page for delivery timescale.
Any products collected in person will obviously to incur delivery charges.
Our Returns Policy
We will happily accept items back which you find unsuitable, for
either exchange or refund. Please refer to our website Terms and
Conditions for our Returns Policy in full. All we ask is that:
- Please let us know you would like to return your item as soon as possible after receipt, no later than 7 working days.
- Your item must be returned in perfect unworn and unused condition with tags intact where applicable.
- Your item must be received back with us within 10 working days without exception.
- We
will only charge postage once, we do not charge for postage for an
exchange to a mainland UK address i.e to ensure the perfect fit.
(unless in cases where more than 1 exchange is required).
- When you receive your goods there will be a returns form included in your parcel along with a pre addressed label.
- If returning an item we would suggest that you
use Special or Recorded delivery as these are both insured and require
a signature upon delivery.
- Should any damage/loss occur
following the return of your item and prior to our receipt you will
need to seek compensation from the postal service as DC Bridal Couture cannot be
held responsible. Please ensure you obtain & keep a postal receipt in case this occurs.
- We will contact you to arrange your
refund, subject to the terms above, within 10 days of receipt of your
item, and this will arrive in your bank account within 28 days. (This
is usually no more than 10 days but we must make you aware that it
could take up to 28 days for the bank to process the transaction)
- In
the case of an exchange and where the item is in stock this should be
with your within 1 week or receipt of your returned item. However, many
items are made to order requiring a further 6 weeks for delivery. This
is specified in the item description where appropriate.
- We
are very happy to offer you advice and guidance on styles of shoe and
jewellery, if you have a specific gown in mind, please feel free to
contact us to discuss your individual requirements with our
experienced bridal consultant.
- Please note that we cannot
offer exchanges or refunds on items which have been made to order, if
in doubt please contact us before completing your transaction.
UK Law
Although we are happy to accept enquiries from customers outside the
UK, please note that use of this site is and its Terms and Conditions
are governed by UK Law. We have taken every care to explain all terms
governing ordering, payment, delivery, refunds/exchanges, ways to
contact us, your right to cancel your order, and our privacy policies
in accordance with current DTI e-commerce, distance-selling regulations
and the Data Protection Act. We reserve the right to amend these Terms
and Conditions in order to keep in line with any government changes
made to these regulations in the future.
